RELEASE: The contracts between kallipolitisgas.gr and its customers are governed by the provisions of Law 2251/1994 (consumer protection), in particular the provisions of articles 3 and 4 of the aforementioned Law on distance marketing and conclusion off-premises contracts.

Customers of kallipolitisgas.gr have the right to unsubscribe from the contract and return the products they have purchased to their original condition by paying the shipping charges and are not obliged to communicate the reason for the return of the products within 14 calendar days from the date they receive the products. In this case, they are burdened with the direct cost of returning the products.

The return of the products is accepted only if the purchaser has first paid any amount charged by kallipolitisgas.gr for shipping the products to it and the cost of their return.

Returns will be accepted only if the form on the site (https://kallipolitisgas.gr/index.php?route=account/return/add) is completed, then approved and if the returned products are in the same condition as received , with all their parts, the accompanying forms and their packaging in perfect condition, together with the retail receipt or the invoice.

In order to avoid customers' inconvenience, it is advisable to check carefully at the time of order delivery the status of the products sold and the intact packaging in order to detect any obvious defects.

All customers are required to unpack and control the items as well as to alert kallipolitisgas.gr in case of defects within 7 days. At the end of the 7 days it is considered that the products were taken in excellent condition.

PRODUCT WARRANTY: All products available from kallipolitisgas.gr carry all necessary safety certification. Products are always accompanied by written instructions for use and by a written guarantee of good order of reasonable duration by the manufacturer of the product or the company that imported the product into the EU or the company affixing the product to the product as a manufacturer. The warranty form always includes the name and address of the guarantor, the product to which the warranty relates, its exact content, its duration, its local area of ​​validity, and the rights provided by applicable law. If a defect occurs on the product during the period of validity of the warranty and the guarantor denies or delays the repair beyond the time necessary, the consumer is entitled to request the replacement of the product with new features and quality or if he is not repaired to request a withdrawal from the contract. In case of replacement of the product or its replacement, the warranty is automatically renewed for the entire duration of the new product or replacement.

FAULTY PRODUCTS: Customers of kallipolitisgas have the right to return the products they have purchased by charging the Company in cases where the order is executed incorrectly, ie in the case of delivery of a kind other than that ordered by type or quantity or in the event of delivery the item has been damaged, totally or for the most part. In this case, the customer must either not accept receipt of the product from the beginning, or request his replacement, upon contact with kallipolitisgas.

Customers of kallipolitisgas have the right to return the products they have purchased and to request their replacement in all cases where, with proven fault of kallipolitisgas.gr, products have been delivered substantially different from those ordered, in all cases where a defect in the product or its agreed status, and provided that the manufacturer or importer does not provide otherwise, and the product is under warranty, in which case the warranty terms and the buyer's rights have not been legally lapse. Especially in the event of a defect in the product we sell, the buyer can (a) request repair without charge or replacement by another unless this is impossible or requires disproportionate costs (b) request a reduction in price and (c) ) to withdraw, unless it is a minor factual defect. The above obligations do not exist if the defect is caused by the buyer, or by force majeure. These obligations are in any case interrupted within two years.
