Cognac smoking pellet (Cognac) 700 gr
Cognac is a drink with a high alcohol content between 36-40 °, obtained by distilling wine. Its design is based on heating and evaporation of alcohol in wine and then on the recovery of cognac in oak barrels.
To ensure optimal results, we recommend the following instructions depending on your grill:
- Cut a piece of aluminum foil (15cm - 30cm) and fold it in half.
- Close the sides by folding the foil twice to make the pouch.
- Fill the pouch with pellets, but leave enough space at the top to fold and seal the pouch.
- Make a small hole in the center of the case on one side.
- Push as much air out of the case as possible.
- Place the case on top of the heat source (coal or gas flame) with the hole facing up.
- To optimize the cooking process, we recommend closing the barbecue lid.
