A compact cast iron aluminum hinge creates a great feeling when opening and closing the lid. The innovative hopper system with Gourmet Burner technology allows continuous temperature adjustment from 80 to 360 degrees. This uniform heat distribution ensures a constant temperature throughout the barbecue and the grill.

From smoking at 80 degrees to low and slow cooking at 110 to 130 degrees or crispy pizza at 360 degrees, anything is possible. You do not need to light the food on the grill. If you want to really raise the temperature for the barbecue wok or the cast iron plate, just rotate the hopper in place of the volcano. The heat is then concentrated at 500 degrees.

The Gas Safety System of OUTDOORCHEF protects the burners ideally from the wind and weather conditions. If a burner goes out of the wind, it ignites again automatically to prevent gas leakage.

The large side shelf is large enough to hold dishes and barbecue accessories. It is collapsible and can be quickly reduced in size when the barbecue is not in use. The DAVOS grill has two large rubber wheels for easy maneuvering on any surface.
