The special 4kW sear burner offers ideal conditions for perfect sautéing and sealing in flavor, while the 3.5kW ceramic infrared backburner is ideal for grilling on a spit or indirect heating. In addition, it features a 2.5kW side burner for preparing side dishes or sauces, transforming the BBQ into a fully functional outdoor kitchen.
The black steel lid, electrostatically painted to withstand high temperatures, features a glass window and an INOX thermometer, allowing you to monitor the cooking without losing precious heat.
